Rest and sleep is another very common mistake that happens to new bodybuilders. You need to give your body rest between training. When this does not happen you will just make it much tougher on yourself. Getting a minimum of eight hours of sleep a night is also very important. The body needs time to recuperate from your daily grind and workouts, so do not skip this step.
Taking supplement and drinking water is something that also needs to be done. Drinking plenty of water will help with your muscle growth just as supplements will as well. Supplements help you build bigger muscles, but still should be taken sensibly.
